Welcome to the Parents’ Page

Dia dhaoibh go léir ! Is mise Múinteoir Cristíona.Tá mé ag obair mar mhúinteoir Chaidhrimh Bhaile i mbliana, sé sin, bím i dteagmháil le tuismitheoirí, múinteoirí agus le lucht an cheantair.Beidh mé ag tabhairt tacaíochta daoibh uilig chun go mbeidh bhur gcuid paisti sona sásta anseo sa Ghaelscoil.

I am currently the HSCL (Home School Community Liaison) Co-ordinator. This means that I am the “Home – School Link” for parents, school and the community. As I have been in the Gaelscoil for a number of  years, many of you know me and I hope to meet those I don’t very soon.

My role will be to try and ensure that your child’s Primary School years will be as enjoyable and as trouble-free as possible.

I am available to discuss matters of concern with parents in their own homes or at school, whichever the parent prefers. I will be organising in-school activities and courses for parents during the  year. The parents and children will really enjoy them  and benefit from these.

I will also be available to advise and support parents on education-related issues such as study skills and the promoting of a good home learning environment.

Remember I am here for the benefit of you and your children. If you have any ideas, concerns, opinions or requests share them with me.

I am available here on: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.45am – 2.30pm. (If you can’t find me please leave a message with Miriam in the office and I will get back to you.)
