Parents Invited to a Special Forum: Help your Child Beat the Bully
Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 9.30am- 12 noon at The Lisdoo
A Parent Forum will be held on Wednesday 25th April in The Lisdoo starting at 9.30am and all parents are invited to attend.
The theme of the forum is Help your Child Beat the Bully.
The event is being hosted by The Genesis Programme North Dundalk Area Coordination Team (ACT) in collaboration with the Dundalk Local Education Committee. It is a great example of local schools and organisations joining forces to tackle what is becoming a growing problem
The event is being held at The Lisdoo on the Newry Road. There will be tea, coffee and scones on arrival with lunch provided at 12 noon when the event wraps up.
There are €25 Smyths Toys vouchers up for grabs as raffle prizes for every parent in attendance.
There will be talks from a number of experts and professionals working in this area on a range of topics including a focus on keeping your child safe online, how bullying can harm your child and helping your child build resilience.
