Nuacht na Seachtaine 27/5/25
27th May 2025
A chairde,
Bhí seachtain ghnóthach againn an tseachtain seo caite - we were incredibly busy last week -here are some highlights!
- Céad Chomaoineach/ First Communion: Comhghairdeas /Congratulations to the children from Rang 2 who made their First Communion on Friday. The children were all beautiful, and carried out their jobs to perfection. Míle buíochas to M. Caoimhe and to Perpetua who worked to hard to prepare the children for their special day, to our choir and musicians who added so much to the ceremony, and to an tAthair Micheál who celebrated the Mass . Maith sibh uilig! The refreshments provided by parents in Rang 1 added so much to the celebration afterwards also - go raibh maith agaibh!
- To Hell and Back: Ghlac Michael, Chloe, Tiarnágh, Jacob agus Sierra-Lily páirt i 'To Hell and Back' , raising money for the S.N.A.P organisation. They have also donated €200 to buy equipment to the early intervention classes here. Maith sibh agus go raibh maith agaibh!
- Sábháilteacht Uisce na hÉireann/ Water Safety Ireland: Many of the classes joined a webinar last week, focussing on water safety. If you would like to watch the presentation with your child at home, a recording is available in English and Irish on the National Water Safety Awareness Week webpage or on their YouTube channel.
